Many of our customers have requested that for convenience we should have a facility for payments to be made by standing order.  All you have to do is fill in the standing order section at the bottom of this letter, detach and either send in to the address above or hand it back to us when we deliver your box.

(PLEASE DO NOT SEND DIRECT TO YOUR BANK YOURSELF, AS I MUST PUT A REFERENCE NUMBER ON THE MANDATE TO RECOGNISE YOUR PAYMENT IN OUR ACCOUNT!)

The amount ( X ) per month will be an estimate, based on your normal delivery and any variations such as holidays etc will be adjusted six monthly.
To calculate your payment simply multiply your regular payment by 26 (the amount of deliveries you receive in 6 months (13 if it's a fortnightly order you have) and divide this figure by 6 for your monthly payments.
