Amazingly there's no organically certified butcher here in the Highlands yet!!
We have maintained however our close links with other organic suppliers in Scotland and can supply a wide range of meat products, We could fill a few pages here with the different cuts and products available so please ask for your particular requirements, or check out for yourself the available ranges from our suppliers, Whitmuir organics, a family run farm just outside Edinburgh. Like us, Heather and Pete are passionate about organic food and therefore only supply produce that is organically certified.
