Clyde Organics - the closest, independant, organic milk producer we could find, clyde organics is a family run, organic dairy farm in the Clyde Valley between Lanark and Biggar, all of their milk is produced on their own farm from clover rich pastures. The cows are of course fed a non G.M. diet and there are no pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers used.

Connage Highland Dairy - situated on the family farm, Milton of Connage, at Ardersier.
Along the shores of the Moray Firth, the Clark family have an organic dairy herd of 130 cows, mostly Holstein Fresian with Jersey crosses and Norwegian Reds.
All Connage cheeses are made from milk from their own cows which graze the luscious clover pastures around the dairy and along the Moray shore, so they can provide 100% tractabilty and quality control  from "cow to cheese".

Wester Lawrenceton - Pam and Nick Rodway make organic cheese with milk from the farm’s small herd of Ayrshire cattle.
Sweet-milk - based on the traditional Dunlop recipe, brought by Barbara Gilmour on her return, in 1688, to the parish of Dunlop from exile in Ireland. It was originally called Sweet-milk Cheese, because the cream was not skimmed from the milk, as was usual in Scottish cheeses and Carola - developed in the style of the cheeses made on the crofts of the North-East of Scotland.
