At the moment the closest organic baker is 'The Trusty Crust' near Bathgate.
Although they do make delicious bread there, and we are able to collect from them on a weekly basis, it is difficult for us to supply their bread to all our customers while it's at its' best (freshest), so, although my bread maker does make a pretty tasty loaf!, we have instead preffered to wait for a closer supplier.

if you're reading this, and you know a good baker here in the highlands, please encourage them to bake organically and moreover to get the certification to assure their customers that they do.
